Definately getting some weird theories on what this means...a couple people have discovered a shape in the binary message. I don't know if their conclusions are correct...hopefully more messages will be received.

After careful analysis of the stream of 1’s and 0’s you posted on 1/3/08, I have made the following finding:
If viewed at 40 columns in a monospaced font you get the same “V” that’s on a particular local billboard. Viewed at other certain column widths you get a repeating “V”.
So what are the UFO’s selling? Why did they buy billboard space? How are they managing to control your mind to create a website for them? Why Great Falls?
I have to admit it’s good marketing as it has piqued my interest in what is going to happen on the 15th....

Using a special audio decoding device that I developed myself, I have successfully converted your audio recording into a digitally refined form of English.
Due to security issues, all I can tell you is that on or about Jan. 6th, 2008 an extraterrestrial event will take place at your website's billboard located near the Great Falls Wal-Mart. Yes, they knew about the billboard even before you had it put up. As I'm sure you are aware, this is not unusual for beings possessing highly evolved brains.
Please! Get your people over there with video cameras! Though the communiqué did not state the exact nature of the event, I believe this may be an opportunity to capture on video a much clearer image of the flight pattern and/or design of space craft along with audio recordings for extensive laboratory analysis.
All video capture devices used within 1.5 km of the site should be shielded using aluminum foil. This will effectively prevent magnetic energy pulses from stripping digital recording medium of it's magnetic particulate matter.
